INDIA REAR SQUEAK DAMPERS.

Referring to the sketch of the method of arranging the squeak dampers on existing cars without having to re-machine the drums etc. we agree to the method shewn on your sketch, namely, utilising the existing squeak damper cover as a retainer for the new damper. Presumably the thickness of the new damper shewn on your sketch is the same as the existing squeak damper.

Presumably also the cover is split in order to get it on.
