Dear Sirs,

With further reference to the writer's converdsation with your Mr. Hardy we are enclosing herewith drawings showing the proposed layout of the twin master cylinders for the experimental chassis which we discussed on the writer's last visit. We would point out that this layout is intended for experimental car only and that a different arrangement would be provided for production vehicles. Our Technical Department give the following information,

The estimated weight of brake equipment is as follows:-

Brake Assemblies............ 13-lbs each approx.
52-lbs for the four.

Fittings, Copper Pipes....... 4-lbs.
and hoses.

Weight of 7/8" Master Cyl.
as suggested for Experimental
Vehicle................... 1¼lbs. each.

Estimated weight of Twin 5/8"
Master Cylinder for Production
if made in light alloy as
suggested.................. 1½ lbs per pair

The writer would be very glad of an opportunity of coming over to Derby and discussing this matter with you at your early convenience.

Yours faithfully,
