Description of Parts: ALUMINIUM INDUCTION AND BEND IN PLACE OF CAST IRON.
Origin: To reduce weight.
Experimental Test Report: The induction pipe and bend is reduced in dia. from 2" to 1.75". There is no reduction in power compared with present standard.
Road Test Report: Fitted to 8-EX - run 12,000 miles in France. Fitted to 7-EX - run 8,000 miles. Fitted to 11-EX - run 17,000 miles. No troubles.
