SPARES FOR 20 H.P. CARS.

Hm{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}10/W24.11.22 and Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1/LG25.11.22.
I have spoken to Mr. Royce concerning this matter and he considers that there should be no necessity to decide the point after a car has been dismantled, as it should be possible from our experience of 40/50 h.p. cars and from our experience so far obtained of running 20 h.p. cars for you, together with Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} and EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} immediately to make a list of useful spares which are likely to be required.
It is appreciated that the parts which may eventually be required may vary somewhat from the list you make now, but these further parts can be sent out to depots when we have found out that they are likely to be required.
Will you kindly arrange accordingly, as we want to send out spares to depots, especially those abroad, as soon as possible. Otherwise a customer having a car abroad, or our depots having a demonstrating car, may be hung up indefinitely for want of a spare part.

B.J.
