contd :- -2- must have been due to the suction valve not seating properly due to some foreign matter which was dislodged but not noticed, when the Autovac was dismantled. During our experience with Autovacs the only failure we have ever experienced was found to be due to foreign matter preventing the suction valve from closing; never due to the float. If another example is found with the float filled with petrol, we should very much like to see the float. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/A.J.Lidsey. | ||
