TO: Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X1775 D/DL27.3.26. CJ writes as follows :- "Please report to me whether it is clearly understood by all departments at Derby, that, should any one wish to use the telephone for private purposes, before asking for the number they require, they should inform our operator that it is a private call.
