Dummy Chassis.

We send you herewith copy of Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2/LG23.11.28, from which you will note that the Experimental Dept. have no use for the dummy chassis which is stored for them in the Repair Dept., and that Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} wishes us to dispose of the parts in the manner he suggests.

Will you therefore please issue special Order Number for the dismantling job, etc., and arrange to credit the Experimental Dept. with the value of any good stock which will eventually be removed from the chassis either for Production or Repair Dept. stock, and also arrange to debit the Experimental Dept. with the labour costs to be incurred.

We do not know if any special arrangement will have to be made in respect of the material to be scrapped, but you will no doubt be able to deal with this matter as necessary.
