INSTALLATION TESTS
FILLING WATER SYSTEM IN MACHINES ON UNEVEN GROUND TO THE BEST ADVANTAGE. I.E. LEAVING THE MINIMUM AIR SPACE IN THE CYLINDER JACKETS.
1) MACHINE ON LEVEL GROUND. NORMAL ANGLE OF TILT 15°.
2) MACHINE ON UNEVEN OR RISING GROUND GIVING AN ADDITIONAL 5° TILT THEREBY INCREASING THE AIR SPACE IN THE CYLINDER JACKETS.
3) CORRECT WAY TO FILL A MACHINE WHEN ON RISING GROUND TO OBTAIN MINIMUM AIR SPACE IN THE CYLINDER JACKETS.
Diagram 1 Labels: WATER LEVEL, LEVEL GROUND, 15°.
Diagram 2 Labels: WATER LEVEL, RISING GROUND, LEVEL GROUND, 20°, 5°.
Diagram 3 Labels: WATER LEVEL, RISING GROUND, LEVEL GROUND, 10°, 5°.
