Procedure for examining and replacing cracked front pivots on cars.

Any cars subject to very rough use should be occasion- ally examined in this respect, and if it is found that some are cracked, it will be advisable to make it a rule of chang- ing all front pivots, the cost of which, if the cars are old, should be partly borne by the owners.
