Dear Mr. Salt,

Further to your visit of Thursday we are enclosing herewith one complete set of needle charts which give you the complete range of .090" and .100" Jet needles. Included in this list there are also 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4" needle but these are generally used on dope, especially the latter two sizes.

We are also enclosing a small sketch illustrating the type of bend we have found most successful; this as regarding the bend after the suction chamber and before the throttle. We find this type does not give too large an increase in cross sectional area and does not encourage vortex troubles.

We presume that you will be using quite a thick non heat conducting washer between the suction chamber flange fitting and the hot spot on the bend; otherwise you may get trouble with local heat on the one side of the suction chamber causing distortion and giving piston trouble.

Assuring you of our best attention at all times, we are

Yours faithfully,
For THE S.U. COMPANY.

B. Cooper
