F.J. Robinson Esq.,
49, Warwick Road,
COVENTRY.

Dear Mr. Robinson,

I have spoken to Mr. Robotham about the clutch which you mentioned to me yesterday and he thinks that as the clutch they are using is so successful, he does not feel inclined to change at present. However, perhaps at some later date when work is a bit easier, if you are in this district, there might be an opportunity for you to discuss the matter with him. At present, he is extremely busy on war work so there is not much opportunity for you to get an interview with him.

Regarding the carpet edging, if you will make a point of following up the matter with Mr. Cripps so that he gets something done, in the near future, I shall be obliged.

Yours faithfully,
for ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED,
