Dear Sirs,

We have recently had a serious failure with one of your Fabroil timing gears on a 12-cylinder engine, and we should be very glad if you could send a representative to discuss the matter.

Any day during the next week except Tuesday would be suitable for us. Will you please let us know when you will be able to call.
