With further reference to BY/CgH{W Clough}22/G.21.5.30, dealing with modifications required on 24-EX, we attach herewith a summary of the position up to date. We have received all schemes from WW, except that required for the Starting Handle. In order that the car may be available for test by June 14th., it is essential that all drawing office instructions are completed before the Whitsuntide Holidays.
