With reference to the attached, the following is the reply we suggest for Mr. Beaver. :-

"We are very sorry to hear that you do not like the riding of the 25 HP. cars. There is no reason why the car should be any different to the car you tried when you were in Derby, and which you thought at the time was very good. We freely admit, however, that we are not satisfied with the riding on either of our cars and experiments are being carried out continuously in order to improve this point.

When Mr. Hives brings out the left-hand Phantom ll car he expects to bring with him some lower rating front springs for the 25 HP. which we think will give a definite improvement. He will also bring with him all the latest information as regards shock absorber settings and adjustment. All the latest information as regards Phantom springs will be incorporated on the car he is bringing out."
