In order to complete the test, the Lucas
machine must be overhauled and the commutator turned,
preparatory to being fitted on a car for road tests, including
a test for noise. At the same time, we suggest running, on
endurance test, and R.R. scheme 1072 machine, fitted with
EG.3 grade brushes.
