X5770 The 10,000 miles 20 HP. car is only waiting for its strengthened rear axle. The axle has been promised for Thursday next week and the car should be ready to leave Derby on Friday night. It will call at London on Saturday morning for inspection by C. and Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} and if possible will catch the afternoon boat, with a view to proceeding to Le CanadelHenry Royce's French residence. Failing this, it will catch the morning boat on Sunday. The car will go over through the R.A.C. and all particulars re. shipping have been left with Reynolds by G.W.H. In view of the comparative tests shewing that small wheels do not materially affect the 20 HP., the car should run the 10,000 miles test with 20" rims and tyres.
