1235 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale}2/MH.{M. Huckerby} 3rd. February 1938. Messrs. A.Duckham & Co. Ltd., Duckham's House, 10, Cannon Street, London, E.C.4. Dear Sirs, Can you explain to us the difference between Keenol grease KG.20 and Z.9907? We are recommending KG.20 for building up certain parts of the chassis but find that Z.9907 is in use elsewhere: would the KG.20 serve both purposes ? The writer is not anxious to advise using any Keenol grease that he has not tested (i.e., Z.9907), as we had an unfortunate experience with Keenol grease KG.24 which proved to be soluble in water. Has Z.9907 any peculiarities ? Yours faithfully, for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. | ||
