WATER PUMP ROTOR. Condor
Extract from EH2/LG24.9.18.
The water pump rotor with the loose blades is not easy to produce. We have not been able to set the blades true enough to avoid truing up after they are soldered in position. The truing up can only be done satisfactory on a grinding wheel but it is very difficult to get the wheel in to form the curve at the back of the blades. We suggest a cast rotor might be tried fixed on th the steel spindle.
