You will appreciate that the delay is entirely due to our preoccupation on armament work. In the meantime I have asked our Repair Dept., to get the Garage to send your cracked head down by passenger train to see if we can do anything to it. I am very doubtful, however, whether we shall be able to do anything to it as welding is not satisfactory. Yours sincerely, | ||
