I think I can detect that the bodies we have mounted on an underframe, and supported on four points with rubber seatings, do slightly reduce the risk of engine vibrations reaching the body. Also, we should persevere with these because it has been clearly demonstrated by the 10,000 miles in France that the system produces a body structure which is better able to resist the destructive influences of road shocks.

I shall be glad to hear that this conclusion is substantiated by Derby. We are proving this partly by our sports car construction.
