Dear Sir,

I had an excellent journey the other day with that fine Phantom III.
You know how much I appreciate the qualities of this car and you don't expect from me a detailed list of everything I found good in it. - it would be too long - Two things are especially remarkable the accuracy of the steering and the impression that one has of driving a small car. And when one realises that the car weighs more than two and a half tons it is amazing, and specially when one has to apply the brakes rather suddenly.

On mountain roads the car went wonderfully, and the qualities enumerated above were all the more patent.

The road from Paris to Clermont was fairly crowded - I took 4 hours fo Clermont, which is an excellent time in view of the number of vehicles on the road. Herewith you will find the comparative times with those of my 3 Litre.3 Bugatti : - You will see that there is no great difference.

Messrs Havette were also delighted with the trial run which you were able to let them make on this occasion, and the three of us thank you for the joy you gave us and that only old drivers like us can appreciate at its true value.

Believe me, Dear Sir, etc...

Signed M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Michelin.
