Re Oils for Russia.

With reference to Mr Parson's report which we showed you this morning, we shall be glad if you will kindly let us have the price [struck through] particulars [handwritten] of oils which he requires. He wishes to know the special qualities for the analysis of what we should consider perfect oils for engine, Change Gear Box, and Back Axle, together with Densities, temperatures etc. and any other particulars that you think might be useful.
