RE. RADIATORS.
Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 2/MJ.17.2.31.

We shall have the radiators built up with the U.S.A. tubes completed in a few days.
Our difficulty is in arranging for some accurate method of testing them. We are in touch with Messrs. Boulton & Paul at Norwich with the object of carrying out some accurate tests in their wind tunnel.

Replying to Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}13/Ell.2.31.
