GOSHAWK 11. FRONT DUMB IRON. X.4260.

We send you herewith drawing No. LeC.1559 shewing a dumb iron 15% longer than LeC.1525, made in accordance with Mr. Royce's memo. R1/M19.4.22. We found it impossible to get 2 rivets into the front end of the dumb iron and have therefore retained the bolting scheme as used on LeC.1525.

We are notifying Mr. Royce accordingly.

E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer}
