For the attention of Mr. Evans.

Dear Sirs,

We are despatching to-night, marked for your attention, 6 mild steel Inserts, F.60411 and F.60400, so that you can produce 6 rubbers to F.60398. Will you please despatch these as soon as possible.

We cannot trace the rubbers to F.60364 which were going to be made with 2 harder grades of rubber. Will you please find out when these left your Works. We are now requiring 6 rubbers to F.60364, durometer 55-60.

Will you please also produce 3 rubbers to F.60352 to durometer 65-70 and 3 more to durometer 75-80.

Will you please treat these items as very urgent. I will 'phone you to-morrow at 10.30 a.m. to enquire your date of delivery for these rubbers.

I hope to be able to pay you a visit one day next week in order to straighten out everything so that you may proceed with production supplies.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
