262 To Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/GR.{George Ratcliffe} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/GR.{George Ratcliffe}10/AP.24.12.36. B.106.GA. - Mr.E.R.Hall. The above car is back again in the Repair Dept. complete with black saloon body and wings as taken off B.187 BL. chassis (3½ Litres). The engine unit B.21. at present in B.106.GA. now requires the following standard parts as removed from Unit N.9. B8. Cylinder head complete with gasket, rockers and rods. Induction system complete. Exhaust system complete. The brakes require overhauling at the owner's request, see Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GR.{George Ratcliffe}17/KW.20.10.36; re-inspection of equaliser levers front and rear; Rear axle buffer rubbers require modifying back to standard by removing the wood packings only.
