PHANTOM LUGGAGE GRID. X7400 [handwritten and crossed out] X8400 [handwritten and crossed out]

With reference to HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/LG12328., we should like to point out that the pieces shewn on the sketch attached to the memo. are obsolete, and if the correct pieces are examined the weakness is not in the places indicated.

As this somewhat alters the situation we should be much obliged if you would report whether there have been failures in similar places on the standard grid.
