WRAITH FILLER CAP TO EW.1665.

We have discussed the manufacture of these caps with the people who will make the moulding and as a result would like you to make the following alterations to the detail drawing.

(1) The thread should be stopped ¼ of a turn short of its present finish and radiused off to increase its strength.

(2) The thread should run off gradually at the top instead of finishing sharply as at present.

(3) The thread dimensions should be altered to read thread top diameter 2.190 -20 and thread bottom diameter 1.990 - 20.

(4) All male dimensions should have limits of -.020 on them while all female dimensions should have limits of +.020 on them.

(5) The material should be specified as Black Re-inforced Bakelite moulding material, 'Elo' specification SO.540.
