PHANTOM III STANDARDISATION of PARTS OC X Date: 12.8.31 Estimated cost of new tools ...... £19.0.0. Could be brought on to production at the 1st. chassis in 'E' series (without scrap). By altering Manufacturing Methods of pieces the Tool Cost has been reduced from £19. to £8. This outlay will be recovered after producing 40 chassis due to reduction in Factory Cost of 3/10d. per chassis and therefore recommend that this modification is standardised. RHC.{R. H.
