BENTLEY 111 - PROPELLER SHAFT CENTRE BEARING.

Herewith is G.CD.209, scheme for the propeller shaft centre bearing showing the modification required to suit the lowered frame.

The smaller ball bearing calls for reconsideration of the method of fixing the universal joint to the shaft.

Of the two proposals shewn, scheme B. is preferred, and the one that should be detailed. /is
The taper is that of the rear axle pinion.
