With reference to the trouble due to the HT.
moulding on the above being tight on the spigot, Mr.Royce
suggests that we should definitely make these 5/1000 slack
as he does not think the moulding being 2 1/2/1000 out of
centre would give rise to any appreciable disadvantage
as regards the HT. points.
