| Metropolis Garages Ltd. -2- 5th. May, 1939. Regarding the oil cooler, we have written to Mr. Hall stating that there is an oil cooler on the engine which we think will control the oil temperature. If not, we have agreed to supply him with an external cooler of our own type. We do not consider there is any necessity for lifting rings as there are several alternative satisfactory ways of lifting the engine by normal slings, which if necessary, we will inform you of when the time comes to handle the unit. Yours faithfully, for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. | ||
