PRESSURE PIPING FOR DAMPER CONTROL.

PRESSURE PIPE, GOVERNOR TO FRAME TO RR.SCH:418.

Please receive herewith three Blue Prints of the following detailed in accordance with the above RR.Scheme, one Blue Print attached.-

F.85420 Clip for Coiled Pipe. 1 off.
F.85421 Support Bracket for Coiled Pipe. 1 "
F.85422 4-Way Junction(Foot Mounted). 1 " replacing F85051
F.85423 Oil Pipe(Governor to Frame). 1 "
F.85428 Frame Drilling.

Please instruct the above, together with the following existing parts.-

K.A.203 Bolt for Support Bracket. 2 off.
K.A.205 " Junction. 1 " replacing K.A202
K.{Mr Kilner} 203 " Clip. 1 "
K.{Mr Kilner} 4310 Nut " Supp:Bkt:, Junc: & Clip. 4 "
K.{Mr Kilner} 9008 Washer for Junction. 4 "
F.85005 Compression Sleeve. 4 "
F.85053 Retaining Nut for Junction. 4 "

The above replaced parts appear in our memo' BY/HEB{H. Biraben}9/M.28.3.33.

The above parts are intended to replace similar parts already fitted to the Chassis. If, however, a Pipe line to the Pressure Gauge is required, the 5-way Junction, F.85051 will require fitting, instead of the new 4-Way Junction, above.

It should be noted that this instruction applies to the LONG Type Chassis only. We are looking into the question of fitting the Pipe to the SHORT Type Chassis, and instructions will be issued shortly.
