VENTURI INLET VALVE THROATS FOR TRIAL ON WRAITH

We wish to try venturi shaped inlet valve throats based on the good results obtained on the single cylinder units.

These were tried in accordance with the attached scheme P.D.25. which we have pencilled over giving dimensions applicable to a wraith cylinder head EW.1296.

There is no room to put inserts in a Wraith head and retain the existing size valve, therefore, this experiment necessitates starting off from a new casting in order to machine the venturi shape in the solid head.
