Re :- 40-50 H.P.Chassis.
- Road Wheels -

With reference to ROY{Sir Henry Royce}/MS10/P.15-7-32,it is not correct to state that retaining the revolving nuts and retaining rings on the road wheels, which are supplied as spares, causes an increase in price, and what it really means is that the reduction in cost of the wheels will be/19/2d.per chassis, less than what was originally intended.

If we were to delete the revolving nuts and retaining rings from the spare wheels,we get into difficulties with our spare wheel carrier brackets, particularly the rear ones, hence the reason we have now decided to continue to fit these parts on all wheels similar to what has been our practice hitherto.
