TO HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/RM.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} FROM DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} K7770 DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}1/M19.3.27. re. EAC. 7. As you are aware you will have to complete the painting of the first EAC. 7. The parts you will deal with are the chassis, wings and valances, and bonnet. We are enclosing a watercolour sketch of the car to illustrate its finished appearance, from which you will see that the wings, valances, chassis, and bonnet, are all black. On no account should a polished bonnet be used as the appearance would be spoilt. Would you kindly return the sketch to us as soon as you have made what use you want to of it, as we are thinking of sending it to R.{Sir Henry Royce} DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} | ||
