Modifications to the Phantom's front axle pivots to increase friction.

PHANTOM - FRICTION IN FRONT AXLE PIVOTS. Herewith we send N.sch.2254 shewing the arrangement of extra friction in the pivots of the new front axle. The pivot is unaltered but a new bottom cap forging is required. We have also increased the dia. of the pivot pin at the bottom reducing the thickness of the bush.
