In reply to yours EFC1/T6.12.26 of 6th inst. we have to report that the Hasler Telegraph Works have duly examined the Revolution Circumferential and Cutting Speeds Indicator No.13748 recently returned to them, and find that the spring controlling the lever for setting the pointers to zero has broken.

In the circumstances they will be pleased to fit a new spring, and adjust the instrument free of charge.

The Hasler Telegraph Works anticipate returning the instrument to us today, and immediately the indicator comes to hand same will be handed to you.
