cause an earth unless the clearance is sufficient to allow for this.

In view of this failure, we are taking action to inspect coils accordingly, and any which we do not consider satisfactory we shall return to the works. Will you please instruct Works accordingly.

Although we have given instructions never to leave switch on - we must anticipate that this will happen - but he should only suffer by batteries discharged not burning out of coil.
