Dear Mr. Turner,

I thank you for your letter of May 21st, with reference to the door seal.

I appreciate the difficulty of getting the rubber people to take the necessary interest in small orders and note that you are asking them to produce a new section, which should be simpler for them to produce.

I hope that it will not take too long. While we shall not be wanting to use the seal for a few weeks, I am most anxious to know that we have a suitable article available.

As regards seeing you on Monday next, under the circumstances, I do not think that it will be necessary for me to call and see you unless you want to talk to me about anything. If you will telephone, I will endeavour to run into Derby and see you.
