Origin. To reduce wear.
Experimental Test Report.
A standardisation sheet was issued 19/9/30 for this part. Twelve production cars were produced and despatched with these shafts. We have been asked to re-issue the standardisation sheet to cover standard production in all future P.II. cars.
Road Test Report.
Run 10,000 miles in France in 23-EX. Fitted to 12 production cars, no troubles.
