SECRET.

HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}

Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}6/R.1.12.38.

We are particularly anxious to get a B.60 cast iron engine in a car, the characteristics of which are familiar to us. We have, therefore, decided to put it in a Wraith, and for this purpose have allotted 25.G.VI. Full details of the necessary installation are attached.

We should be glad if you would urge these details, as we cannot, with confidence, continue to instruct quantities of parts for this engine until we know that they do not exhibit any undesirable features on the road.
