X4562 Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.8/MA.291 1. 32. BOSCH ELECTRICAL UNITS. In order to gain experience with the voltage regulated dynamo proposed for J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} 3. and Peregrine it is essential that we should be running several voltage regulated machines on the bench and on our Expl., chassis. As the Bosch regulator is the type we are adopting in order to save time and expense later on, we should be running this type of dynamo. At the moment we have one only and another which we are taking off the 4 litre Bentley engine at the works here. We recommend therefore that we arrange to get hold of at least two further Bosch machines. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} has seen several Bosch units in the stores at the Bentley works and if these are the right type we suggest that we get hold of these rather than purchase elsewhere. We should be glad to have your opinion in this matter and whether you agree to our proposals. HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. | ||
