We send herewith N.Sch.2312. shewing a design of modified bonnet fastener for the Phantom to overcome troubles now experienced. The design is applicable to all Phantom and E.A.C.VIII. bonnets and we suggest that it should be used on the first E.A.C.VII. car. We are, however, engaged at this moment in entirely redesigning the Phantom and E.A.C.VII. bonnets using a different system of fastening. N.Sch. 2312 is intended to meet the present need. Mr Royce wishes that a set of the fasteners to be fitted to his car (7 EX.) whilst you have it in Derby during the next week. Would you kindly arrange to do this if possible. DAEV | ||
