I agree that the transfer holes are not a complete solution, as eventually there is a possibility that the whole of the three chambers may get completely filled, and which [strikethrough] thus [handwritten] I have pointed out to BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer}

In practice of course this very rarely happens.

We are going further into the matter.
