TESTS OF FRONT ROAD SPRINGS IN FRANCE. X9941 X9410

We recommend that all 40/50 HP. cars fitted with 4-wheel brakes should have clips holding the front springs tightened up, as one of the final jobs.

We find that after the first run, the springs settle down and allow these clips to become loose.

It is essential that the nuts holding the cross steering arms should be reahly tight, and the taper bolts a good fit.
