To obviate necessity for winding, is self starting and is considerably cheaper than our present standard clock. Experimental Test Report. Three experimental clocks have been on bench test for 9 months without failure. Previous troubles were experienced but these have been satisfactorily remedied. The clocks will work satisfactorily over a large voltage range. Road Test Report. One clock has been fitted to Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}'s car 58-GN and has run O.K. since 20.5.31. Another clock has run satisfactorily for 8,000 miles on 25-EX. It is recommended that we send out a batch of 25 clocks on production cars before changing over completely.
