Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 8th inst., with reference to the 12" clutch as fitted to your 12-cylinder Packard car.

As however you have to order this clutch from the U.S.A., and this would mean that we should not get delivery for 5 or 6 weeks, we think for the time being we will let the matter drop, but will bear in mind your offer to supply us with one of these clutches should we decide to have one in the near future.
