Querying an invoice from Kennings Ltd. regarding a discrepancy in an order for wheel braces.

| 1375 Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /FD {Frank Dodd - Bodies} G {Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} /WFH/CA.27/MM.7.11.39 On the 3rd October, an order was issued by Les to Kennings Ltd., Derby for 4 wheel braces No.65343 which they apparently supplied as per their delivery note No.30013 dated 27th September. The invoice for these have been cleared, but we have another invoice from Kennings dated 11th October for 2 Wheel Braces, and upon our asking for more details, they say that our representative instructed them to obtain two more when he fetched the 4, but they have had no official order for the 2 and, furthermore, they say they are still lying in their store awaiting collection.
