B.J. from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X3499 Hsl/LG3.12.21. LOUVRES FOR RADIATOR. The louvres that are being designed are for the front of the radiator. It was debated for some time as to whether they should be on the front or at the rear. After R.{Sir Henry Royce} had fully considered all the points, it was decided that the front was the proper place for the Shutters. Our impression is, that the question of appearance will quickly disappear becuase in a very short time, louvres on the front of the radiators will be standard on all cars. It is already noticeable the number of cars which are running about with a muff over the radiator.
